DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer a number of different delivery options, depending on the size,
weight, urgency and type of sponge ordered.
Pallets
All of our products have a bulk pallet rate, starting at just £35.00
for one pallet. We use standard 4 way entry pallets and euro pallets.
For large export orders we also use wooden collars to safeguard
the sponge, but this option will cost a little more.
Case rate
We can offer a number of delivery options for individual or multi carton
(non-palletised) orders. As an example our standard single case rate
is just £13.00 for up to 20 Kilos.
Package rate
For small orders we will send in a high quality polypack.
If your order is under 1 kilo this will only cost you £7.00
Sample orders
Like many manufacturers we are willing to supply a reasonable
amount of samples free of charge, normally this is up to a value
of £10.00, but we do expect our customers to pay for the carriage.
We can either send via our package rate or we can use our
customers own transport (such as Fed-Ex or UPS. Please
discuss you favourite option with us.
For the supply of 2 samples we will send out by the postal service,
providing the postal costs are not more than £1.50.
Containers
We regularly send 20-foot containers to our customers, and if required
please check the cost with us.
We can send your orders via sea or air and will work with you to find the
very best, most economic and fastest method.
